Looked across the internet for the most competitive price for a Sunsync 12kw 3ph inverter. PvPower's price was amongst the lowest. The only prices in a similar bracket were for online stores. So many stories of people being conned not necessarily with solar products but where the customer parts with his or her money and the supplier disappears. So I called, spoke Monique, told her of my apprehensions and asked if I could come in pay for and receive the product. She said only with pleasure. Off to Alberton I went to purchase my inverter. Monique and her colleague, I think his name was Adrian, were in the office. We started chatting and i was so comfortable that when doing the EFT I forgot to do an instant payment. No problem they offered to deliver the following day once the payment reflected in their account and that is exactly what they did. Great price and great service. Thanks Team PvPower.

Excellent advice and service

Hannes was very helpful when questioned about his products and made it easy to order from him with the comfort that he knows his product and only wants to give good service, my batteries arrived in good state, he sent me the configuration settings and they were up and running in no time. We are still in touch to bounce ideas even after the sale and installation, I will not hesitate to make use of his services again. Thanks Hannes.
